What is a Raving Fan?

TelePartners has adapted this terminology for clients who have commented on the exceptional service that we have been able to provide.

It is the effort put forth by our agents that inclines both clients and their customers to inform us of excellent service they receive.

As a result, the Raving Fans Award Program was born! Every time one of our agents receives a compliment they are awarded with the following:

• Monetary Incentive

• Recognition in our internal newsletter

• Name and picture posted on the Raving Fans Hall of Fame Bulletin Board

We urge you to inform us if you feel that a agent has gone that extra mile for you or simply someone you feel is doing a fantastic job.
