TelePartners extends its reach with the help of The AnswerNet Network of Princeton New Jersey

Toronto Ontario, January 1, 2004 - TelePartners Call Centre Inc., a leading North American supplier of Customer Care and Marketing Services, is pleased to announce the expansion of its relationship with The AnswerNet Network of Princeton New Jersey, USA. The AnswerNet Network is the leading provider of outsourced contact center and fulfillment services and the world's largest telemessaging call center (telephone answering service) business. The AnswerNet/TelePartners existing telephone answering service and voice processing joint venture has expanded to include TelePartner’s full suite of inbound and outbound contact center services. Under the new arrangement, Telepartners will continue to be lead by its current President and CEO, W. Fletcher Keating.

According to Keating, “The expansion of this partnership with is a reflection of the great relationship we have enjoyed with AnswerNet and its principals. Our four-year relationship with AnswerNet has significantly enhanced our message centre division and we look forward to realizing similar benefits in our call center business unit.
